CDS - founded by “ Mr. Arun Kumar ” (CEO & President) in the year 1999 as “IT Solutions Park”, which was later changed to “CAP Digisoft Solutions Private Limited".  From the start, CDS experienced a terrific growth in BPO and IT sector and, from a small venture with only a single operating branch, grew into a full-fledged MNC by rapidly expanding internationally.
