Arun Kumar
Founder, President and CEO

Arun is a Master in Computer Applications and Master in Business Administration (BPO), possessing knowledge and experience in International IT and IT enabled service requirements and solutions. He was one of the IT Advisory Members for a Group of Educational Institutions and author of a book titled “Computer Tutor”. Due to his dedication to computer literacy, he received “The Computer Literacy Award” for the year 2003 from The State Government of Tamil Nadu, INDIA. In 2004 and he co-founded “You Can Trust” – a government registered trust for autistic children.

Arun is the Chief Architect and Project Manager for many applications which are used in international legal and business sectors. His wealth of experience in administration, marketing and client support set the tone for CDS in its quest to provide excellence in client-centric management and execution of complex outsourcing services on a global scale.

Arun Founded CDS with vision to create, manage and deliver the most comprehensive global IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions that meet the high levels of customer satisfaction that CDS sets for itself.

Shankar is a graduate in Engineering and Master in Business Administration (BPO). He has a wealth of experience in Manufacturing, Marketing, Engineering and has two decades of experience in Administration, Document Management, Processes, Team Building, HR and Operations.

Shankar set up the original processes at ‘CDS’ that ensured the company’s growth. As a strategist and a manager, he has implemented many innovative processes in ISO & Six Sigma Visions. His quality policy and steadfast commitment assure that quality services are provided to all CDS clients.

Barath holds a Masters in Computer Application with a graduation in Applied Sciences and Computer Technology. His intuitive skills in requirement analysis, finer expertise in software engineering, wider domain knowledge and untiring commitment to quality has fostered the successful implementation of numerous projects that he has handled over his decade long career.
 
Barath, who began his career as a software programmer, scaled remarkable heights through his hardship and through a relentless drive for learning newer technologies and their probable role in augmenting industrial and business processes. The projects he handled for Arkansas State Government are significant milestones in his career path. Barath joined CDS at June 2006 as the Director & Vice President; now looking into Administration and Client Support in US Operations.

Anitha, with a Masters in Business Administration (Finance), takes care of the company’s finance and accounting operations globally. Prior to being in CDS, she  managed corporate finances for a large financial and textile export organization. Her knowledge in the financial domain and clarity in decision-making maintains CDS commitment for targeted year-over-year growth.

Prakash is a Graduate in Information Technology and has years of experience in Document Management. He has been closely involved from the very beginning in the growth of CDS. His practical knowledge in Software Application and extensive experience over BPO operations helps him to customize the processes sharply. A self-motivated and dedicated professional, he is an example for our team members. He is the Chief Programmer for many software tools, which have been used in our everyday processes.

Boopathi is an Engineering Graduate in Computer Science and holds Masters Diploma in Business Administration. He is a seasoned technical professional with extensive global experience in software strategy, software development, off shoring and operations technology, R&D of medium and high-tech software projects. Boopathi’s knowledge spans Litigations Informatics, Service Oriented Architecture, and Enterprise Application Development. He is highly entrepreneurial in nature, recognized and acclaimed for his exceptional problem solving skills and leadership skills to inspire the teams with vision, conviction and enthusiasm.

Prior to CDS, Boopathi was with TCS, one of the world's leading information technology companies, and held the position of Assistant Consultant, responsible for architecting, designing and developing  software solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Anil joined CAP Digisoft Solutions, Inc. after 23 years with Texas Instruments (TI). At TI, he was the Database Manager for the Global Manufacturing IT Organization; he was responsible for over 400 databases and 250 terabytes of business data in a mix of Oracle, Gemstone and Informix. In this role, he was responsible for managing and supporting all the databases 24x7. He was also the Risk Mitigation Manager, responsible for all Disaster Recovery processes/procedures and audit activities globally for Manufacturing IT. During his career at Texas Instruments, Anil held several other leadership positions; Manager of Global Monitoring Solutions, Data Protection, Storage, and IT Site Operations. In each of these roles, he was responsible for the current and future strategy, supplier relationships and daily operations.

Saravanan has been closely involved from the very beginning in the growth of CDS. He is a B.com graduate and has extensive experience of nearly 10 years in Accounts and Administration. Since the inception of the company, he has been ably managing the administration services. In recognition of his thought guidance in Administration and Accounts management, Saravanan is creditworthy for the smooth running of all back-end office operations.

Felix, a Master in Computer Application, has more than a decade of experience in the  Information Technology industry. He has worked extensively in Enterprise application solution development and implementation. He is responsible for analyzing business functionality, Implementing and maintaining SDLC processes. In addition, his responsibility includes project planning, task assignment and research and development for new technologies for development support.
