| Overview |
CDS assists Document Management Companies and Law Firms in deciphering and summarizing their client’s medical records. The purpose of our summaries’ is to point out the critical medical information located in the medical records. By pointing out this critical information, it provides the attorneys’ easier access in finding strengths and weaknesses for their case. Also, each medical review is placed in chronological order so it can assist our attorneys’ in visualizing the treatment timeframe contained within the individual records.

The team at CDS is familiar with the medications, medical terms, various medical reports and US Healthcare & Insurance Sector’s terminology and is also capable of capturing the data accurately from hand written documents. We review all the documents of the patient and summarize the data via patient’s personal information, injury / illness details, medications, evaluation of the reports etc and present in the pre-determined template, which helps the attorneys to access the case easily and reach the specified documents instantly.
