Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent and with CCNA /MCSC certification.
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in WAN/LAN technology & setup, Develop and deploy enterprise wireless network with the appropriate encryption / authentication protocols,
  end users support & server Infrastructure setup and management.
• Must be excellent in major brand PC and notebook trouble shooting, support and installation.
• Familiar with Cisco equipment, LAN/WAN/MPLS routing technologies and firewall setup
• must be familiar with different Windows client and server operating systems.
  Knowledge in network management systems and security products is an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills is must.
  Should be a good Team player.

Responsibilities :

• Installing, Configuring, Preventive maintenance of desktop (Windows XP environment), Microsoft Active Directory/Member Server/Group policy/FTP/OS hardening, log files & events analysis etc.
• Installing, Configuring, implementation and Preventive maintenance of Microsoft Exchange 2003 Backup/Restore, SMTP, More than 150 User Mailbox /Mail routing/Routing Groups/Public folders, log files & event analysis etc.
  
• Should take care of day to day network management, link monitoring,
  Fault diagnosis and rectification, Firewall configuration & management.
  
• Responsible for installation, maintenance & administration of Backup solution (Retrospect Backup), backup policies, Backup drive, backup tapes management.
  
• To supervise & provide support to end-users and IT engineers.
  
• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of IT infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Email, Internet, intranet, security, Vendor management, FMS to secure infrastructure-specific products and services.
• Establish service level agreements with vendors.
• Patch testing and Implementation on desktops and servers.
• Backup Configuration and Restoration Drill.
• Proactive approach to Managing Disk space, Processor Utilization, Network Utilization related to server.
